With the "Clipboard Transfer" feature, you can easily copy a piece of the text or graphics from one PC and paste it into another. This feature is very handy when you have to transfer pieces of data that aren't complete files.

Example 1: Transferring Textual Data

While working at a remote PC you may open a web page that you consider to be useful. In order to save this link to the Favorites at your local computer you can simply copy the link into the remote clipboard (Ctrl+C), select the "Receive Clipboard" operation, paste the link into the browser at your local side, and save it to the favorites. With Anyplace Control everything is simple!

Example 2: Transferring Graphics

Very often while browsing through different documents you may find a piece of graphics which can be used in future. You may easily transfer these graphics from one PC to another.

To send a clipboard from a local to a remote PC:
|
1) | Select necessary data on a local PC.
|
2) | Copy the data using Ctrl-C keystroke.
|
3) | Perform "Send clipboard" command by pushing "Clipboard" button in a Remote Window Toolbar.
|
4) | Paste the data using Ctrl-V keystroke on a remote PC.
|

To receive a clipboard from a remote to a local PC:
|
1) | Select necessary data on a remote PC.
|
2) | Copy the data using Ctrl-C keystroke.
|
3) | Perform "Receive clipboard" command by pushing "Clipboard" button in a Remote Window Toolbar.

4) | Paste the data using Ctrl-V keystroke on a local PC.
