If you are a registered user and want
to purchase additional licenses or change your license type,
please, contact us with the corresponding request.
Payment Methods
You can purchase a registration key
on-line with a credit card (the fastest way), bank transfer
or check payment. Ordering by Phone, FAX, and snail mail is
also available. The printable invoice is available on the
last page of the order wizard. We accept payments in US dollars
and other currencies.
Time of Delivery
You will receive a registration data
via email within 12 hours after we have received your
payment. If you don't receive your registration data within
this period, please contact our and provide us with your alternative
e-mail address because our message can be blocked by your
Anti-SPAM filter.
Licensing and Sales Policy
Moving a licensed copy of the program to another computer for the first time is free. Subsequent license transfers are conducted on a paid basis. License transfer is allowed only in cases software copy is completely removed from the initial PC and will be never again used on that computer.
Publishing, transferring
or unauthorized selling of the registration data, whether
in full or in part, cancels the license.
All minor updates are free during subscription period (1 year). There could be a charge for major updates (4.x
to 5.x version).
We have the right to change any prices and conditions of software usage at any time.
We refund money (during the 30-day period after purchasing)
only if a problem occurs with our software and it is confirmed
(note: we charge a commission of 10% of the refund value.)
We don't refund orders of more than 5 licenses. Please test
the software compatibility before purchasing multiple licenses. To initiate a refund you need to call our support department.
We don't collect
any credit card or other payment information. We don't process
payments directly; our authorized partners do that.
Volume discount is applied only to purchase of multiple licenses in a single transaction.
